Ayaka announces comeback!
Singer-songwriter Ayaka (23) has announced her comeback for 2012. Ayaka had put her singing career on hold to concentrate on treatment for Basedow's Disease. Currently, she is composing music and is scheduled to release a CD next spring under her own independent label. Making her last appearance in Kouhaku in 2009, there is also talk that she will appear as a surprise guest at this year's Kouhaku. According to her agency, the timing of her comeback is due to her condition stabilising and Ayaka's strong will to return to singing. They also stated that preparations are going smoothly for the release of her new music. As to why she is not attached to a major record label, they said the choice was made because this was the best way for Ayaka to communicate her thoughts and feelings to the fans.

Oh wow. I hope she doesn't work too hard; even though she has to share her beautiful music to the world, she should still think about her health. But I guess that's where Hiro comes in. So now that she's making a comeback, when is he coming back? I miss him on my screen.
