Hiroki Narimiya Blog
Tokyo DOGS
23rd September 2009 23:32
For the whole of yesterday
It was filming for Getsu 9
Woke up at 4am...
It was still completely dark (^^;
For Getsu 9's Tokyo DOGS,
This guy is in the lead role behind-the-scenes
The 3-year-old Kosuke-kun
It's the mascot dog
Which provides a comforting effect at filming locations
A really cute fellow (*^_^*)
I was overtaken by hunger
At Yokohama's Chinatown
I had steamed pork bun!
Actually
I wanted to take a walk around Chinatown
But there was too many people because of the holidays
So I felt the atmosphere while sitting in the car
When I eat steamed buns
I'm always reminded
Of a favourite one
551's steamed pork buns and shao-mais (meat dumplings)
I want to eat them
They're really the best!!
When I return home I'll make an order online
That's what I usually think of at the time
Lastly
In the dead of night around my home area
Very quietly
Under secrecy
I did All Up
It was short
But it was fun at the location
It airs on 19 October
Don't forget to watch it
Me for today
Today my day ended quite early (^_^)v
For tomorrow too everyone
Good things are waiting to happen (^^)/
It been a while since I used emoticons
This has been Narimiya.

Takeru and Nozomi in Fit's new CM
24 September 2009
Sato Takeru and Sasaki Nozomi are featured in Lotte's new Fit's chewing gum CM. The song and unique dance from the previous CM remains. The CMs were shot in Nara and Akita. Mascots also make an appearance. Takeru commented "It's just as difficult as the time before. The music tempo is the same, but the movements are complicated. If I'm not quick enough the choreography won't be right." Sasaki too faced challenges, "The dance moves were difficult, so I put in more time for practice. But I'm happy because it was filmed in my hometown," she said with a smile.

Inoue Mao heading to US for filming
A heads up to all Mao fans in the US, she'll be in New Jersey on October 1st and 2nd to film 'Darling wa Gaikokujin'. Please share your stalking photos ;D
~
"My Darling is a Foreigner" to be filmed at Presbyterian Church, Mindowaskin and at E. Dudley house.
The Town Council will be approving a film permit from High Field Entertainment to shoot a Japanese language romantic comedy in town on Oct. 1 and 2.
The film, which is shooting half of its four-day U.S. schedule in Westfield, will be shot on the lawn of the Presbyterian Church, in Mindowaskin Park and at the Rudlow residence at the intersection of E. Dudley Avenue and Lawrence Avenue. The filming will likely include some minor disruption to the sidewalk in front of the church and to the area surrounding the house.
Takuma Hayashi, the film's production supervisor, said the film, which will be shown in Japan, chose Westfield after consulting the state film commission for communities. The film is based on a popular comic book in Japan, in which a Japanese cartoonist falls in love with a man from New Jersey. He said state film officials mentioned Westfield because of the church.
"This town was the first proposed by the New Jersey Film Commission because we were looking for a beautiful church," Hayashi said.
Council members expressed some concerns with regards to the logistical aspects of filming in town for those two days. The filming on Oct. 2 at the Rudlow residence will be from 2 p.m to 7 p.m., raising concerns about traffic due to school being let out and then commuting. Councilman Sal Caruana suggested the film try to change production times on those days.
Hayashi said the production company has been working with the local police to handle traffic concerns and will be parking most equipment at the Presbyterian Church parking lot in order to reduce congestion on E. Dudley. There will be a shuttle service between the church and the Rudlow home. Some vehicles will be parked at the residence. Hayawhi said the production company will be hiring at least two police officers both days to supervise the shoot and handle safety and welfare issues.
Councilwoman Joann Neylan expressed concern about the condition of the park and other filming locations after the shoot. Hayashi said the production company will be restoring the area to the original conditions when they are finished. Hayashi also said it is likely all meals served in the church's dining hall will be catered by Westfield companies.
The Council showed support for the project and for Westfield's latest turn on the big screen. The town has been a popular spot for filming, including the former NBC television series, Ed, which was largely shot in Westfield. Hayashi said many of the scenes in Westfield are critical to the entire film.
"One of our most important locations is the front of the Presbyterian Church," he said. "Our main characters will meet and embrace and it's a climax of the film."
