14th January 2008 (Monday) Clear weather
Finally it's the Hana Yori Dango Final crank-in !!
Because today is the coming-of-age celebrations, dressed-up girls are seen everywhere around town.
At around this time last year, everyone was standing around a kimono-clad Mao-chan congratulating her.
It's been a year since then. How time flies...
Setting aside the reminiscing, filming begins at 1300 but 30 minutes ahead of time, many of the extras have already assembled in full force !!
When they heard of it, volunteer extras, reporters from the various TBS channels, magazine reporters etc they're here, did everyone assemble for us ?
It brings back memories of the Budoukan location, this program will not have been possible without everyone's assistance.
Thank you very much for everyone's co-operation every single time !
The crank-in today involves Doumyouji Tsukasa, played by Matsumoto Jun-kun and the perpetually in the shadows popular character Nishida played by David Ito-san.
Since this is a drama to movie production, the staff that has gathered are roughly still the same people.
It looks like there's not much nerves with everyone being familiar with each other... but with so many people in front of them, this is somewhat a little different from the usual filming.
"Don't fumble the lines ne," said the 2 of them, laughing.
After a year's absence, the long-missed Doumyouji's sayings, Doumyouji's hair, Nishida's pointed gaze (but in actual fact he's the one who affectionately watches over Doumyouji), they're all here, it's nostalgic !
Seated much higher than the extras, the as-always self important Doumyouji, played again by Matsumoto-kun after a long break said, "Just as I expected, this feels good ne (*laugh*)."
David-san too has consulted carefully with Director Ishii beforehand to make things more interesting.
It's been about 5 months since the film was announced !!
For a moment, it was felt. Finally the moment to "get us going".
After the news release, there was a little 'happening' with Matsumoto-kun...

2008.1月14日（月・祝）晴れ
「花より男子ファイナル」ついにクランクイン！！
本日は成人式のため、着飾った女の子達が街中にちらほら。
去年の今頃は振袖姿の真央ちゃんを囲んでみんなでお祝いしたなぁ。
あれから早1年。本当に早かった…。
思い出話はさておき、13時から撮影開始だったので30分程前に現地に到着すると
既に沢山のエキストラさんがズラーッと勢ぞろい！！
聞くとボランティアエキストラさん、TBS各局の記者さん、テレビ誌の記者さんetc
あらゆる方が集まって下さったんだとか。
武道館ロケの時も思いましたが、この番組は本当にみなさんのお力なくしては成立しないのです。
いつもご協力ありがとうございます！
本日クランクインするのは、道明寺司を演じる松本潤くんと、すっかり影の人気者・西田役のデビット伊東さん。
今回はドラマからの映画化なので、スタッフもほぼ同じメンバーが集結。
気心知れた仲間達の中でさぞや初日の緊張はないだろうと覗いてみると…
これだけの人を前にすると、さずがの2人も多少は普段の撮影と違ったようで
「軽く台詞かんだよね（笑）。」 と2人で笑っていました。
久々の道明寺語録も、道明寺ヘアーも、西田の鋭い目線（でも本当は優しく見守る司の見方）も
すべてが1年ぶりでなつかしいッ！
エキストラさんより一段高い所に座り、いつも通り偉そうにしていた道明寺を久々に演じた松本くんは
「やっぱり気持ちいいね（笑）。」と一言。
一方のデビさんも、よりおもしろくするために入念に石井監督と打合せをしていました。
映画化発表から約5ヶ月！！
ようやく"動き出した"と実感出来る瞬間でした。
この後行われた記者発表では、松本くんにちょっとしたハプニングが…。
