Reward
Travelling to several places for the publicity campaign,
I thought that we would be able to eat
delicious food from these places.
But there was no time for relaxing
However, because of the busy days, definitely I would reward myself
Speaking of my reward!!
Favourite ice-cream
Ice-cream is just great
I seem childish
Of course, there's also an adult reward
At the end of a work day,
definitely, this!!
After work, I go drinking with everyone
Beer is the best
Is this adult-like or rather like an old man!?
But, rewards are important ne
After all, everyone did their best
We should all praise ourselves
Then, we can think about "Yosh, we'll work hard again!"
... Something like that
Maybe I'm too simple?
I'll reward myself with lunch for this entry~

A Message from Horiuchi Keiko-san
[Entry by Mao's Manager]
Inoue Mao-sama
I did not have many scenes
But in one very important scene, I felt quite nervous.
The staff were in tears as they watched Mao-san performing during rehearsal, I thought that she was a really great actress.
In another scene during filming, I overheard Okada-san and Hosoda-san talking, "That princess (hime), I wonder if she has a boyfriend... We don't really hear much about it..." The way the boys spoke about her was adorable.
Maybe we'll meet again for future work.
I look forward to reading your blog.
Horiuchi Keiko

The Mother of Kou-kun
Horiuchi Keiko-san
Thank you for the message!
That kneeling scene
Feeling empathy for Mayu, I heard that many people shed their tears as well.
Horiuchi-san's role too, her feelings were clearly and skillfully portrayed.
It was such a heart-rending scene
Because it was about the fragility of life
I thought deeply about that scene.
Horiuchi-san
Not only during filming, but at rehearsals too
Always, large drops of tears would continue flowing.
Having played various roles in many dramas, Horiuchi-san was able to portray the role well.
In fact, I wanted the speech to be slower
So that the scene becomes more intense
My youth? Because I'm quite nervous around strangers,
I wasn't able to share my thoughts about it
I'm sorry
I would be glad to work with you again
Horiuchi-san, thank you very much!!

ONAIR Check
HUG was watching herself on 'Tensai! Shimura Doubutsu En'
HUG began to watch as soon as she made her appearance
Was it a face of satisfaction!?
Or... a disappointed face because of the parts edited out?
Once her appearance was over
She fell asleep beside me
I thought that she did well
Maybe she's lying down because she's satisfied
You've done well ne! I patted her head gently.

Mizobata Junpei is 'Face of the Year'
Mizobata Junpei chosen as 'Face of the Year' by Nikkei Trendy
2nd November 2009
Popular ikemen actor Mizobata Junpei has been chosen as information magazine Nikkei Trendy's 'Face of the Year.' He attended an event held by the magazine in Tokyo on 2nd November.
With appearances in dramas, movies and various TV programs this year, Mizobata was chosen as the 'Face' that will appear in even more works in future. "I am extremely grateful. To fulfill the expectations from this, I will re-tighten the fundoshi (brace myself) and do my utmost best," Mizobata said, using words rarely heard from young men these days.
He was asked,"What has changed since you became famous?" "The grandmothers from my hometown put me up on a pedestal and tell me, "We're glad we could meet someone we see on television before we die." That gives me mixed feelings though," Mizobata replied with a wry smile.

Horikita Maki "I want to be a cool lady"
2nd November 2009
On 2nd November, Horikita Maki (21) and Panzetta Girolamo (47) attended an award ceremony in Tokyo to receive the 'Best Leathernist 2009' award. The award is given to celebrities who look best in leather products. Horikita who appeared on stage in a black leather jacket said,"I feel like women can be cool in this. I want to be a woman who looks good in leather fashion from now on too."
The award is given out yearly by Japan Leather and Leather Goods Industries Association (JLIA) to promote leather products. Previous winners include Tsuchiya Anna, Sato Erika and Kuriyama Chiaki. Tanihara Shosuke and Karina won the awards last year.
When asked,"Which man do you want to give leather to?", Horikita dodged the question by answering,"Let's see~". Girolamo, wearing a deep purple leather jacket, commented,"Winning the the award already made me happy but winning it together with such a beautiful woman makes me even more so. It's been 20 years since I came to Japan and I often see leather goods in places like Asakusabashi. I think the leather products in Japan are excellent. Purple is a difficult colour but it's great with leather."

Edit: Added an 'n' to the Leatherist. While squinting at the award Maki was holding, I realized it was Leathernist... although that still doesn't make much sense.

In a CD Shop
Well, what am I listening to!?
This, of course!
It's KEN HIRAI
Good song
31st October 2009
Debut
Finally she makes her debut today!!
As it was reported in this blog before,
my pet dog Hug came along for a Boku Kimi PR
on 'Tensai! Shimura Doubutsu En'
It airs tonight
While I was worried, Hug was relaxing in the dressing room.
Surprisingly, she too was an actress.
What will I do if offers start pouring in?
I'll probably not like it
As always, I'm like a doting parent
