'Yamanade' x LOTTE Ghana Chocolate Collaboration CM
How's everyone getting along?
Today Team 'Yamanade' is doing editing work.
Episode 1 is already complete... so let's do a preview.
Those impressions... actually that will be in another report on another day!
Everyone, did you watch the 'Yamato Nadeshiko Shichi Henge' with Lotte Ghana Chocolate collaboration CM on the TV news programmes~?
Sunako's friend Josephine who's usually in her room ♪
It was only in 2010 when the collaboration CM was practised for filming on 'Yamanade'. Filming began at midnight on the 4th, it was a very tight schedule for an opening day, but Kamenashi-kun and Aya-chan were in full power mode!! (Definitely their youth!) Laughter continued throughout the filming. Using the set where Kyohei and the guys live, the flavour of the drama is not lost in the CM.
Aya-chan has a serious expression on her face. The reason is...??
Kamenashi-kun hastens the filming up by discussing each part of the storyboard with the CM director.
Kamenashi-kun: Appearing behind Sunako, this way?
Director: That'll be good.
Kamenashi-kun: The "What's she doing?" type of feeling?
Director: Yes, yes. "She's holding a knife! What's she doing with that?" kind of curiosity.
The director continued to discuss in detail his vision for the scenes.
She's concentrating for the scene where she cuts the chocolate!
Then, one of the highlights of the drama, an action scene with the 2 of them are also included! The stunt coordinator (Tsujii-san) taught them their moves...
Tsujii-san: It's like you're raising your foot.
Aya-chan: This way?
Tsujii-san: That's right.
Kamenashi-kun: Sunako (Aya-chan) has long limbs naa.
Tsujii-san: Kamenashi-kun will move at the same time, so don't wait, give your maximum ne.
Aya-chan: Okay.
Tsujii-san: With a serious look.
Aya-chan: Seriously.
Kamenashi-kun: I'll be alright as long as Sunako follows the instructions.
Tsujii-san: Skillfully keep your distance from her.
Aya-chan: I'll do my best.
Director: Make it fun. Do it with rhythm!
To remember the moves, the 2 of them practised many times over before filming. They understood the scene after they were instructed the first time round. Aya-chan's actions, combined with Kamenashi-kun's reaction, woke the sleepy Web staff up (It's a secret that we were sleepy). As was expected!
During filming; Sunako's back.
Valentine falls during the period of this drama. Kamenashi-kun commented on what he will look forward to, "There are many guys on the set, but Omasa-san will also be around. So I hope to have a new Valentine memory this year." As for Aya-chan, "Every year, I prepare chocolates for friends. This year, there are many guys in the drama. I wonder if I should have expectations for reverse chocolate?"
There's horror, action and even a scene of homemade chocolate being prepared... The 'Yamato Nadeshiko Shichi Henge' x LOTTE Ghana Chocolate collaboration CM will be on-air from 12th January onwards on TBS. The CM music is the same as the drama's theme song, KAT_TUN's 'Love yourself ~Kimi ga Kirai na Kimi ga Suki~'. Everyone, look forward to it!!!

Guy → Lady!? The Forbidden Scene appears in Episode 1!
Well now, today it's about the highlight of Episode 1.
Sometimes we receive fan messages like "○○ scene, I look forward to it!"
Ah, the forbidden one, that scene...!!!
As early as the first episode, it will be aired!!!!!!!!!!!!
It will be...
It's... Yukinojo, Takenaga and Ranmaru dressing up as ladies!!
All of us, from the cast to the staff, had rave reviews for Tegoshi-kun dressing up as a girl.
It was the first time Uchi-kun dressed up as a girl.
The high-heeled shoes were custom-made by the staff for Miyao-kun.
Everyone, why did the 3 of them dress up as ladies, and what will they look like...!?
Their photos can't be revealed, so please watch Episode 1 ne~ （＊＾＿＾＊）！

'Yamato Nadeshiko Shichi Henge' and LOTTE Gahna Chocolate Collaboration CM!
Kamenashi Kazuya-san playing the role of Takano Kyohei and Omasa Aya-san as Nakahara Sunako will be appearing in a Valentine-themed CM.

Filming for the CM was done using the drama set.

Theme song confirmed!!
Everyone!!
Did you know that the theme song for 'Yamato Nadeshiko Shichi Henge' was announced today~?
For those who don't know yet!?
So, the theme song is...
"Love yourself ~Kimi ga Kirai na Kimi ga Suki~" by KAT_TUN
It has been decided! Actually the Web staff was listening to it just now, as it's used for the 'Yamato Nadeshiko Shichi Henge' film credits!!
Before filming, Kamenashi-kun sang an acapella version of the theme song for Aya-chan ♪
During the film credits of 'Yamanade', Kamenashi-kun, Tegoshi-kun, Aya-chan, Uchi-kun and Miyao-kun will be dancing to the music... or something like that!! Kamenashi-kun, Tegoshi-kun and Uchi-kun are involved in music activities. Miyao-kun is a ballet dancer. Aya-chan has ballet experience. In that case... "They have no other choice but to dance!" It was decided ne~ [laugh].
The dance was choreographed by Kaoru-san, who does choreography for music, CM, movies, stage performances and so on!
What's this move by Sunako!?!?
Filming was done in mid-December after editing in the studio. Late at night, the 5 of them practised for individual recording. Then they gathered for the dance... the fact is that the schedule is very tight. However, as one would expect!! When the dance began... super cool☆ "If you dance and dance, you'll get more tired, then you won't look as cool. So as much as possible, for every sequence we do it with one take. Do your best!", that's what the director said. Filming ended earlier than expected. With changes in camera positions and including the test, it took 8 takes.
So much illumination prepared for the film credits!!
In case of mistakes in choreography, each of them seemed to have a self-reporting system. From Kamenashi-kun, "Just now, I made a mistake. Is it okay?", then Uchi-kun "Are the moves in sync?". After every take each of them did a monitor check. At intervals between the takes, the 5 of them practised facial expressions seriously on Kamenashi-kun's count. The tension felt during crank-in had disappeared, there was great teamwork.
The 4 guys will dance around Sunako, please watch carefully ne!
Then, at about half past 4 while filming the end credits...
Tegoshi-kun: "It's like from a popular music program [laugh]"
Uchi-kun: "That's right~"
Aya-chan: "Yeah"
Kamenashi-kun: "It's a good feeling [laugh]"
Miyao-kun: "All of you dance well ne~"
Tegoshi-kun: "Miyao-san, your mouth was counting~"
Miyao-kun: "Exposed? [laugh]"
Kamenashi-kun: "Counting out ne~. I did that too."
Uchi-kun: "[laugh]"
Aya-chan: "It's true"
That's what their idle chats were like while looking at the monitor, and also about who's the most graceful dancer. There's a harmonious atmosphere and they really work hard during filming.
Look out for Miyao-kun's appearance... Aren't you looking forward to the dance by the 5 of them?

Happy New Year.
Finally, the site for Bloody Monday Season 2 has opened.
In this corner, just like in the previous season, there will be reports on production highlights and on-location filming information. Your support is appreciated.
18th November 2009, evening. Miura Haruma-kun arrives at TBS. His hair was long enough to be tied up, as required by a drama he was still in filming with at another network. His expression showed that he had grown up... It's been a while since we met, and as compared to before, he gives off a stronger aura now. On that day where there was a 'fitting session', the staff who have missed him gave him a warm welcome, "Welcome back!", "We've been waiting for you!". Haruma-kun seemed really happy about that. Everyone is delighted that he is back to reprise his first leading role in a drama as Takagi Fujimaru (Falcon).
Seeing a poster and photos from the previous season on a desk, Haruma-kun commented, "Uwaa~ I look young ne~ That was me?" in shock. Looking at his own photo, he continued, "People definitely can change in a year ne~", muttering things like that seriously [laugh]. Seeing the diagonal sling bag which he carried with him is Season 1 also got him excited, "Uwa, this, this~! I used it!!"
I think it's been about a year since Season 1 was aired. During that time, Haruma-kun has gained much experience, and has now returned better than before.
Set two years after Season 1, the themes for Bloody Monday Season 2 are "Growth" and "New Adversary".
Please look forward to it with anticipation!!

☆New Year Greetings☆ Attention to Sunako's Room!?
Happy New Year
How was your New Year holiday?
Doing household chores, working, studying, or just staying at home... I think everyone spends their New Year in different ways. After all that rush, January is finally here ne!! Episode 1 too, will be aired soon in about 2 weeks~
From now, quick reports on the highlights of filming 'Yamato Nadeshiko Shichi Henge' ('Yamanade').
One of the outstanding points of 'Yamanade' is the splendid set!!
The living room in the house where Kyohei, Yukinojo, Sunako, Takenaga, Ranmaru and Takeru gather, as well as each and every one of their rooms, is decorated with elaborate ornaments!

Many skeleton (skull) ornaments in the room!!
During filming, Kato Seishiro-kun who plays Takeru said, "Sunako-chan's room is a kinda scary~," looking at the horror goods. The eerie ornaments are on loan from the 'Fushigi Gikkaten Never Land' store. There all kinds of skull ornaments~, you'll be moved and the sights will be etched in your memory. Everyone, when it comes to the scene with Sunako's room, do take notice of the skull ornaments ne.
Well then, enjoy the beautiful set adorned with cute accessories and ornaments by the diligent fine arts team~♪♪

Full Post »Oguri Shun & Yamada Yu head to Hawaii
Actor Oguri Shun (27) and model Yamada Yu (25) boarded the same flight heading to Hawaii from Narita Airport on 4th January. Also on the same flight are engaged couple actor Ishida Junichi (55) and pro golfer Higashio Riko (34) who are on their way to Los Angeles via Honolulu. They are making a trip to Napa Valley, California where their wedding ceremony will be held in May.
Unlike them, Oguri and Yamada avoided their photos being taken together by boarding at different times and gates. Both denied that they were going on holiday together. Yamada commented,"I hope to enjoy myself." When reporters asked,"Is this a trip before marriage?", she just shook her head smiling, all the while hiding the ring finger of her left hand from view. Oguri said,"It's a family trip. I intend to take it easy." Asked about a wedding before the end of the year, Oguri smiled and said,"No."

So finally many of you are starting work again tomorrow?
We're resuming filming from tomorrow too
And tomorrow we're doing the complete preview screening
but...
it's still not quite complete yet...
We're hurrying
Well then, right now in Shinagawa Station

I haven't seen the real thing yet
but it seems like there's an extra-large poster beside it too

The other day, the producer said to Yamashita-kun.
"Isn't this great?" he said, showing him the photo.
The station name was nowhere to be seen but...
Yamashita : Eh? Is this Shinagawa Station?"
Producer: How did you know?
Yamashita : I love taking the train...
Even then, to know Shinagawa Station just from that...

Cast Comment: Miura Haruma
'Bloody Monday' was the first time that I played a lead role, it was a strong piece of work and I'm glad to be able to participate in it again. I'll do my best to show how the main character Fujimaru, as well as Miura Haruma, has grown.
I think viewers from the last season, and also those watching for the first time, will enjoy this production. In the drama 'Bloody Monday', my character Takagi Fujimaru is up against national terrorism. Who's the real enemy? What's their agenda? It's a continuous flurry of heart-pumping developments, and I myself am looking forward to them.
Working together with the staff and cast in filming, I'd like this drama to be one that goes beyond everyone's imagination every week. Please look forward to it!

Crank-in Report!
Everyone, how are you doing?
Today, Team 'Yamato Nadeshiko Shichi Henge' is on-location!
Before that, a change in storyline... let's go back to one month ago.
The beginning of filming for 'Yamato Nadeshiko Shichi Henge' was by Takenaga, played by Uchi-kun. It was a 'bathing scene'. Hearing the term bathing scene, somehow sets the ladies up, making their hearts throb and resulting in a battle situation ne [laugh].
An onsen in Ibaraki was used for the filming. The scene would be on-air for just an instant, please don't miss it! As for the filming, Uchi-kun was in the bath since half past 7 in the morning. He didn't utter the word "Hot", but slowly, his face was turning red. "Are you okay?" the staff asked him. "Absolutely, no problem!" he replied with a fresh smile. There was a bit of tension at the start of filming, and it ended after about one hour. After filming, Uchi-kun watched the monitor with the director, "It was quite hot sitting in there for a long time! [laugh]. Blood rushes up to my head quite easily ne," he said, dripping with perspiration. When does Takenaga's bathing scene appear? Everyone, look forward to it ne!!

On the same day that Uchi-kun cranked-in, Kamenashi-kun who plays the lead role Kyohei, shot a scene at a certain school. About 300 extras participated, the ladies were to swarm around Kyohei as he walked... filming for that scene took place. "Everyone, yoroshiku onegaishimasu!" said a relaxed Kamenashi-kun as he made his entrance. From the director, "The ladies will be around Kyohei, but be cool and ignore them." First, begin with a test!
All the extras running.
With about 300 people surrounding Kyohei, the director felt that a great deal of power could be drawn, "Extras-san, be more intense! As if you want to hurt him~" rallied the director. That sort of enthusiasm made Kamenashi-kun laugh spontaneously. The power of 300 people is beyond imagination ne... The movements of the extras were fine-tuned and after 2 and a half hours, filming for the scene between Kyohei and the ladies was over. "This has impact ne..." Kamenashi-kun said as he watched the monitor with the director. 300 people surrounding a lone figure walking is a must-see, look forward to it!
A few of the male staff lamented, "I want to have that kind of experience naa~" [laugh].
The day after Kamenashi-kun and Uchi-kun began filming, Tegoshi-kun and Miyao-kun cranked-in at a bar in Tokyo.

In this scene, it's the first time that Kamenashi-kun, Tegoshi-kun, Uchi-kun and Miyao-kun who live together in the house are gathered.
The director's vision of the roles for each of them:
"Kyohei gives off this impression that he's not serious."
"Yukinojo is cute. 'Is there something to eat?'"
"Looking at Takenaga makes you feel calm."
"Ranmaru is sexy just standing there."
"As time passes by, there should be a feeling that these 4 guys have grown accustomed to one another as they live in the same house."
In the beginning there was tension on the set. During intervals the 4 of them had discussions about their characters, and also began chatting. Slowly the atmosphere became more comfortable. Now, after about a month of filming, the 4 of them are getting along well. There will be more filming reports such as this one, so please look forward to them.
