Overnight Stay

For today's filming...
I'm in Yugawara
I went to the waterfall
I rang a bell on a hill
I got into the bath
Quite an active day
Despite this being an overnight stay,
I only brought my pants and PC
as I overslept this morning
Because this is a rustic and lovely ryokan
There's no internet connection
[laugh]
Well it can't be helped!!

Busy Searching

Today
It's the 2nd day in Yugawara
Yesterday
was the overnight
I entered the bath
Feeling slightly tipsy
I didn't notice any ghosts...
I felt refreshed in the morning
But staying all alone
in a ryokan
Can be quite scary~
All the while
I forgot that I was actually in a ryokan
Suddenly though it came to me
The staff asked me
"Did you go out yesterday?"
But I was really fast asleep
Or maybe
It's just that the ryokan was so wonderful
I found these at the ryokan
I really miss these
"Where's Wally"
I love them
I used to have the whole volume
I wonder where they are now
Without delay
We searched for Wally together
Hana-chan is really quick
Somehow Izumi is always last
It's like the opposite
from the drama
We're all getting along well
during filming~

He's become really cool

Filming for Tumbling
Seems to be absurdly difficult
Even though he was grumbling about it
He returned to the studio
And then...
For me
Filming was over for the day
To midtown
To do some shopping
For today too

The mama bird is sitting and warming the eggs
Somehow I feel quite worried
Little birds from the nest
I'd like to see them soon

Even though it's April!?

Hello~
The moment I left home this morning…
I got a shock
So cold
Seems like it's snowing in Tokyo
That's what I thought, still half asleep
I got into the car
Today's clothes
2 pairs of pyjamas [laugh]
It was just turning warm recently
This intense cold troubles me
It's easy to catch a cold in this kind of weather
Are you ok?
Are you coming down with a cold?
This morning I was on Ousama no Brunch
Quite nerve-wrecking
After that recording for another programme
YanMega will air
in a week
The first episode will be completed soon too
Kidding~
I joke around when I'm nervous [laugh]
It'll be great if it turns out to be an interesting drama

Hongo Kanata as Izumi Gaku!
Lately the weather's been cold.
Is it affecting your health?
YanMega airs in a week.
Time sure flies.
Today we'll introduce Daichi and Hana's classmate, Izumi Gaku played by Hongo Kanata.
Hongo's crank-in was in the studio, filming for a scene in Class 2A.
"Everyone, yoroshiku onegaishimasu," was his awkward greeting.
Hongo begins filming!
First scene...
Is without any words, just facial expressions!
Because Hongo plays the cool and reticent Izumi, a character of few words.
He doesn't engage in idle talk [laugh]
On the day of his crank-in, Hongo spent the whole day from morning to evening filming in Class 2A. He only had lines for 2 of the scenes, otherwise he was silent.
Izumi solves an arithmetic problem smoothly.
Minagawa writes a question on the blackboard.
Class Teacher Sakai vs Izumi!?!?
Despite his silence, Hongo shows different types of expressions in his role... Cool, looking down on others, being indifferent... Everyone, look forward to them.

Introducing the Shinagawa Family!
How's everyone doing?
Team YanMega on location!!
Rushing through at full speed before the first episode airs☆
For today's report, it will be
an introduction to the Shinagawa Family.
"I'll do my best! Onegaishimasu," said the slightly embarrassed Furuta Arata, who plays Daichi's father, Shinagawa Chuta.
"My role is the cute mother," Hori Chiemi chimed in. She's Shinagawa Kiyo.
"I look forward to being Daichi's sister," comments Owada Miho, who plays Shinagawa Kairi.
On behalf of the cast, Narimiya greeted the staff members "For 3 months from today onwards, I believe that there'll be difficult times ahead. To the cast, staff and everyone, I look forward to working with all of you." The first day of filming in the studio began.
One of the rooms in the Shinagawa home. Check out the other rooms when it airs!
Furuta who plays the role of Chuta has a passion for fishing. Because of this, the Costume Team created a handmade fish (horse mackerel) t-shirt using ink, a rare item! Not only the clothes, the Design Team also decorated the Shinagawa home with fish print artwork. "Wow this t-shirt is homemade? It's a great design," Furuta commented, revealing his interesting taste in fashion.
Furuta wearing the stylish t-shirt. The other actors were interested in it too!
Continuing on, it's Hori who plays Kiyo, the silly and childish but warm mother. "I have a child who's about the same age as Daichi, so it's quite a similar experience. In the drama my character watches over Daichi kindly and attentively."
Hori Chiemi cranks-in! She has a soothing effect on the team during filming.
Lastly, it's Kairi Shinagawa... "I'll do my best to torment Daichi! [laugh]" said the highly-spirited Owada. Ever since the rehearsals, Narimiya and Owada have really been like siblings [laugh]. At intervals, Owada commented, "This is a really amusing family!" The family scene is a must-see, look forward to it!

Remembering the Lines!
Well now, this time the report is about memorizing the script!
These photos were actually taken before their crank-in. They received the scripts earlier and these are the real photos of them as they try to learn their lines before filming begins...
Narimiya: How do you usually memorize your lines?
Risa: On the spot, on the spot...
Narimiya: I face the wall and say out my lines.
Risa: To hear your voice?
Narimiya: Yup. If I'm on a train I'll be mumbling myself.
Risa: Eh~
Narimiya: For real. It's true [laugh].
There was a good harmonious mood as the 2 of them started to learn their lines!!
The expressions of Daichi and Hana!
Risa: Hana... She's quite an airhead ne [laugh].
Narimiya: Doesn't get along with Daichi ne [laugh].
Risa: Yup.
Narimiya: The 2 of us... are just perfect!
Risa: Yeah... But it's kinda hard when we're just wearing our normal clothes [laugh].
Narimiya: And everyone's watching!
Risa: I'm not good at scenario reading.
Narimiya: I know what you mean.
"Nervous cos everyone's watching~" said Narimiya and Risa.
Both were a little bit lost as it was not how they usually memorize their lines.
"This time, without looking at the script!"
Both looking up as they practised their lines.
Slowly they began to get a grip on the script, but the laughter continued during filming intervals.

in the miso ramen
