Poster Photography Report! ~Part 2~
We've kept you waiting!
Many would have already seen it around town, but today it'll be a report on 'Juui Dolittle' poster photography!!
Poster photo released!
First up is...
Narimiya Hiroki who plays Hanabishi Masaru!
"The hamster or the momonga (small squirrel), which would you prefer?" a staff member asked. "Umm..." it was a difficult choice... and Dr Dolittle was peering from behind♪
Which one??
Finally, he chose the momonga!
The momonga is actually one of the staff member's pet! They've already met while filming Narimiya's previous drama 'Yankee-kun to Megane-chan'♪
Are you doing well~? They're buddies♪
But once the photoshoot began, the momonga was moving, moving!
Playing on his back!
Then an active dog running around the studio was placed on his palm...
You're really cute～～☆
Hanabishi's image is of "one who's always smiling", and it seems like Narimiya's getting ahead of his character, smiling endlessly when he's with the pets!
Next is the animal lover! Inoue Mao who plays Tajima Asuka makes her entrance!
Upon entering the studio, she immediately becomes playful with a dog she sees!
Washa washa～～♪
Is it OK to hold it like this?
The kitten is still fragile, hold it too tight and it might be scared. Here Mao is getting instructions on how to handle it the proper way!
Even after the photoshoot ended, Mao was inseparable from the kitten.
It's difficult to part... [weeps]
After that she held the momonga and played with the dogs. She was smiling all the time!!
In the poster photograph, the cat was perfectly relaxed! It really got on well with Mao☆
Lastly it's Oguri Shun who plays Tottori Kenichi (Dr Dolittle)!!
When the WEB staff saw Oguri for the first time in the white robe and glasses, we went "Cool!", then "Kakkoi!!"
This is Dr Dolittle's image!!
He's cool, but he showed us his mischievous expression as the syringe spouted water out like a fountain, "Pyuu~"☆
Oguri gave different poses and expressions, one after another.
This time with the dog!
Oguri gave the dog a hug when it wouldn't keep still♪
The photographer and designer look at the photos taken on the monitor.
With this, poster photography for 'Juui Dolittle' is complete!!
We were surrounded by many animals during this photoshoot, and even though filming had not begun, it already felt like we were filming a scene for the drama!
Most of the actors for the Sunday drama 'Juui Dolittle' are animal lovers!
Besides the familiar dogs and cats, 'exotic animals' will also appear in episodes as pets!
In the first episode, Asuka brings the thoroughbred 'Asuka Mirai' to Dolittle's hospital!
The next report will be of Mao filming with the thoroughbred, look forward to it!

Mao and Meow, perfect combi. It's no surprise Mao and kitten became attached and inseparable right away. It's Mao after all.
I just love reading these reports. Thank you so much unleash and grumpy for translating them. and also Mao's staff's diaries. Keep up the good work. -
